Are you a morning person? I never was and I didn't like it. Every morning I woke up feeling
awful. I felt like there was a fog around me and I hated it but I just assumed it was who I was
and there was nothing I could do about it. I made some changes for my health and started
noticing I was waking up earlier and feeling good, at first I thought it had to be a fluke! But it
continued! Now I wake up feeling great and I am able to get through the day! And I want
