ORDER JANUARY ESSENTIALS

Keeping specifically the nasal passages sufficiently moisturized is key to helping your body resist succumbing to illnesses that are frequently spread during winter. Here’s a simple & effective DIY recipe for a nasal spray using your YL essential oils!

DIY Moisturizing Nasal Spray

1 drop Copaiba essential oil
1 drop Lavender essential oil
1 drop Frankincense essential oil
Optional -1 drop Rosemary essential oil.
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Distilled Water

Just mix the essential oils and sea salt in a spray bottle, then top off with distilled water. Shake well before each use, and there you have it - a natural, moisturizing nasal spray to keep those nasal passages healthy this winter!
