Sleep, for some it can be such a struggle! It’s so important for good health but it is such a struggle for so many. What kinds of things have you tried? I know one thing that I’m not good at but I keep hearing is to not have any screen time an hour before bed. I keep telling myself not to use my iPad but I’ll be busy checking something out and look at the clock only to realize it’s later than I thought. Yes this is one thing I struggle with daily and really need to work on.
I know the screen time plays a big role in my struggle to fall asleep and since I lack the foresight to quit doing it here are some great aides that help me to overcome the laying awake for hours issue.
One of my favorite oil combos, thanks to a friend who tried this first, is Bergamot, Patchouli, and Lavender. I add 3-5 drops of each oil to my diffuser. I don’t know what it is about this combo but it really helps me to fall quickly to sleep. I also love the Immupro supplement. Taken at bedtime this supplement helps you to fall asleep faster and helps you to stay asleep. I like it not only for sleep but because I am also supporting my immune system! Now that’s a win, win😁. Immupro provides Zinc and Selenium for proper immune function a long with chelated minerals which emerging science suggests are more easily absorbed by the body. It also delivers melatonin which encourages restful sleep by promoting the bodies natural sleep rhythm.
How about adding some Magnesium to your daily supplements? Low Magnesium can cause chronic fatigue. Supplementing with MegaCal can help your body get the Magnesium it needs to function properly. Of course talking with your doctor about what your body needs is always a great idea. I am here to tell you what I use personally and what has helped me. Everybody is different and when it comes to supplementing you need to decide for yourself what you think is best.
Some other great sleep oils to try are Lavender, Stress Away, Tranquil, Cedarwood, Peace and Calming, Ruta Vala, Valor, Vetiver, And Frankincense. Try any combo of these in your diffuser or on the bottoms of your feet. There are so many amazing oils out there and sometimes it takes patience and lots of trying of different oils or a combo of oils. I never would have thought to try the combo that my friend suggested! So if you haven’t found the perfect combo yet don’t give up you just might be surprised at what works.
I have shared rollers of 6 drops each of lavender and Cedarwood with so many people it has helped a lot of them so that’s always my first suggestion. Just don’t be discouraged if this combo is not right for you.
Every time I get together with other oily friends I am amazed at some of the ideas they give me. That’s why doing this with a friend is so much better. Not only are you on a journey to get healthy together but by sharing ideas you can come up with things you may have never thought to try yourself!
I hope this helps you to find the things that will provide you with some much needed sleep. I would love to hear from you if you find a combo that you love. Feel free to reach out to me anytime if you have questions. Here are some great diffuser blends for you to try

Feeling Tired all the time?
My go to for a pick me up is Peppermint in my diffuser. It’s also a great one to have with you when you travel. Do you have a car diffuser? If not you can find one on Amazon for a reasonable price. Or just add 10 drops of peppermint to a roller bottle with a carrier oil and roll on when needed.
There are also ways to support your energy levels on a long term basis. If you seem to be always tired try Ningxia Red. This stuff is amazing when used every day. It supports your entire body and helps with energy, because when you are healthy energy levels stay higher. Give it a try for a few months, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Another of my faves for energy support is Endoflex Essential Oil. I add a roller filament to my bottle and apply every morning to my neck, right over my thyroid, and to the bottom of each big toe. Endoflex supports a healthy Endocrine system. If you want to learn more about the Endocrine system check out my blog series Here
I also take the master formula supplements which provide much needed vitamins and minerals which I know help my energy level because if I forget to take them I can tell.
I don’t have time for tiredness so anything I can find to help my energy level is a must. On days when I know I haven’t slept well I like to add En-Er-Gee Essential Oil to my diffuser. Gives me a nice pick me up to help me accomplish whatever task I am working on.
Are you getting enough sleep? In my next blog post I’ll share some ideas we use to help us to get a good nights rest.
Happy Oiling,
Anna

I have a family history of heart disease so it is very important to me to support my Cardiovascular System. How do I do that? The first thing I added to my daily routine to help my heart is Ningxia Red. Why? Because Ningxia Red is a whole body nutrient infusion supplement for health and wellness support. It contains powerful ingredients that are involved in many natural antioxidant processes. It supports normal cellular function, good health and overall wellness. It helps against oxidative stress and it helps energize, fortify and revitalize. I can definitely tell when I forget to drink it.
The next product I added to my list of cardiovascular support is Aroma Life Essential Oil. Why? Although I cannot tell you the amazing properties of this oil as it would be non compliant and the FDA does not allow it, I can tell you that by putting this over your heart everyday can make a difference in your overall cardiovascular health. Aroma Life contains Ylang Ylang, Helichrysm, Marjoram, and Cypress. Love this oil, I apply it everyday along with Joy over my heart.
At Convention last year Young Living released a supplement formulated for heart health. I was so excited and started myself and my husband on it. Here is the info from Young Livings Website about this supplement.
“Young Livings Cardiogize is a supplement that blends Essential Oils and a balanced heart healthy combination of herbs and compounds that help support the cardiovascular system. Cardiogize supports healthy heart function and may promote a higher quality of life. This supplement uses the proper synergistic ratio of CoQ10 and selenium, while garlic and CoQ10 provide antioxidant properties and vitamin K supports healthy vascular system function. CardioGize also includes astragalus, dong quai, motherwort, and hawthorn berry—all used traditionally for cardiovascular support—making it a great addition to the daily herbal supplements in your routine. CardioGize was specially formulated by Young Living Founder D. Gary Young. Speaking about the research and reasoning behind the supplement, he said:
“I have been doing my own investigating about heart conditions worldwide, but especially in America, and was amazed when the data showed the deficiencies to be very similar all over the world.
“I wanted to conduct research and study herbs used in different countries that particularly give strength, energy, and good nutrition for normal heart function, so we had many herbs shipped in.
“After testing to determine their various compounds, I put the formula together for the most synergic, powerful, and beneficial response for the body. CardioGize will surely join the ranks as another great Young Living supplement.”
And that is why I take Cardiogize❤️. Remember these statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
I also love Omegagize and just recently decided I had to add it to my daily routine. Omegagize combines the power of three core daily supplements, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D3, and CoQ10. These supplements combine with our proprietary enhancement essential oil blend to create an omega 3 DHA rich fish oil supplement that may support general wellness.
If you are a member of my team and want to know more info about these products and read some actual testimonials we have a group on Facebook where we can speak freely about them. If you would like to be added let me know.
I love Young Living and all their amazing products. I hope this helps you make a decision on what products you might want to add to your daily routine for heart health❤️
