Ingredients:
2 cups baking soda
1/2 cup water
Silicone mold
Essential oils of choice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a medium sized bowl combine water and baking soda.
3. Spoon into your molds, shake to smooth out.
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. When completely cooled remove from molds. Store in airtight container. 6. When ready to use add 2-4 drops of your favorite oil. Some good choices are RC, Lavender, Stress Away.
Shower discs are so soothing with RC or Raven if you are suffering from a chest cold. Peppermint can help clear your sinuses. They are so soothing. Lavender or Stress Away is perfect to help you relax at bedtime. These would make a great gift, add them to a cute little jar with a ribbon and tag. The jar in the pic was purchased at the dollar tree.

I am loving trying all these different diffuser blends. I think my favorite are the ones with cinnamon. I love cinnamon. How about you? What’s your favorite scent? My daughter was looking at something yesterday and it said cinnamon bark applied to your skin is suppose to help you become wealthy! Hey why not, right. Ya never know.
How are you spending your weekend? My sis and I are taking our kids to a haunted corn maze. I may need some Cool Azul pain cream though. Spent yesterday cleaning up the yard and pulling weeds now my shoulders are a little sore, I am so thankful for the Cool Azul. IT IS AMAZING😁.
Have a great weekend and Happy Oiling,
Anna

I love fall! It’s my favorite season. I love the crispness in the air, the changing colors of the leaves, on my bucket list is a trip to Maine to see all the colors of fall!
Here are three awesome diffuser blends for fall! And not only do they smell amazing but think of the benefits you are getting from them! So much better than a candle, besides have you researched what is in those candles? I don’t know about you but I don’t want any of that in my home.
What new blends have you tried, I would love to hear about them!

Let’s talk emotional support for our kids going back to school. School can be a stressful experience at times. All those new faces, trying to find where you fit, hormones(depending on age), tests and trying to keep up with school work!
There are many ways for your child to take the benefits of oils with them. Diffuser jewelry is a great option. Apply their favorite calming oil to the jewelry and they can smell it whenever they are feeling overwhelmed. Make them a roller they can carry with them. See if their teacher and the school would consider using a diffuser in the classroom.
Some of my favorite emotional support oils are Frankincense, Stress Away, Lavender, Release, and Sacred Mountain. Valor is a great one to help give your child a boost of confidence.
Remember that when you inhale an essential oil, the tiny molecules go deep into the brain, straight to the places that help you manage your emotions. Isn’t it amazing the tools we were given to support all the systems of our bodies.

Let’s talk back to school. Whether you are a parent, a grandparent, or a student yourself there are many ways to boost your immune system to hopefully avoid all those nasty germs that seem to hang in the air this time of year.
One of the most basic ways to support your immune system is to eat a healthy balanced diet, I know easier said than done but I say do your best. Start by adding fresh fruits and veggies to your lunch and your child’s lunch.
There are many great oils you can use to support your immune system. Some of our favorites are
Frankincense, Peppermint, Thieves, Lemon, Oregano( careful with this one it is an extremely hot oil), Bergamot, RC, and Raven. Pick a few of your favorites and diffuse them everyday before and after school. We also put thieves in our diffusers every night at our bedsides.
You can also make a roller with your favorites, I like to add 10 to 12 drops of the oils of my choice to a 10 ml roller bottle and top with a carrier oil. You can make one for each of your kiddos and they can apply them themselves!
Some other great items to help your kids stay well are Ningxia Red, Mightypros, Mightyzymes, and the Mightyvites. I also give mine the Super C chewables. I am especially happy about the Mightypros, a pre and probiotic supplement for your child’s tummy, and the Mightyzymes, enzymes for the tummy. We all know our health starts in our gut and sometimes it is so hard to eat right!
If you are like me and have a hard time staying organized and consistent try getting a whiteboard and placing it in a place where you will see it every morning so you can remember to make sure your kids, or yourself are taking your daily supplements and using your daily oils!
I hope you all have an amazing and healthy fall!
