Oh, the possibilities! There are so many to choose from. Do you have a favorite scent?

If so, start with that scent. Then experiment and add in another scent that you find appealing, like Lavender. Is this actually your favorite scent? Add a citrus oil, like lemon or orange.

Maybe you like Thieves the best, try adding some orange with it. It is such a great combo!!

How many drops? If you are just starting, a good beginning is 3 drops of each. I personally love tree oils and I create additional scents with them. Try any  tree oil with a citrus oil or maybe some Frankincense. I like to use both Frankincense and Thieves regularly because of their amazing properties. I know…all of the oils have amazing properties…but these two are my favorites and my most used oils!

Have you tried any of the floral scents, like Jasmine? They bring a nice sweet scent into your environment. Here’s a great combo…Purification and Lemon! It makes my home smell clean and refreshing. Peppermint is a great uplifting oil to add to any combo!

Don’t be afraid to experiment. Once you get use to the scents you love, try adding more drops…even up to 25 drops. Normally 10 drops is what I like to add depending on the combo.

Want to know my all time fave oil to diffuse is Cinnamon Bark! Try adding some nutmeg and ginger to this one, talk about a yummy scent! Here are some great combos to get you started. Happy diffusing!!

Sleep, for some it can be such a struggle!  It’s so important for good health but it is such a struggle for so many.  What kinds of things have you tried?  I know one thing that I’m not good at but I keep hearing is to not have any screen time an hour before bed. I keep telling myself not to use my iPad but I’ll be busy checking something out and look at the clock only to realize it’s later than I thought. Yes this is one thing I struggle with daily and really need to work on.
I know the screen time plays a big role in my struggle to fall asleep and since I lack the foresight to quit doing it here are some great aides that help me to overcome the laying awake for hours issue.
One of my favorite oil combos, thanks to a friend who tried this first, is Bergamot, Patchouli, and Lavender.  I add 3-5 drops of each oil to my diffuser. I don’t know what it is about this combo but it really helps me to fall quickly to sleep. I also love the Immupro supplement. Taken at bedtime this supplement helps you to fall asleep faster and helps you to stay asleep. I like it not only for sleep but because I am also supporting my immune system! Now that’s a win,win😁.  Immupro provides Zinc and Selenium for proper immune function a long with chelated minerals which emerging science suggests are more easily absorbed by the body. It also delivers melatonin which encourages restful sleep by promoting the bodies natural sleep rhythm.
How about adding some Magnesium to your daily supplements?  Low Magnesium can cause chronic fatigue. Supplementing with MegaCal can help your body get the Magnesium it needs to function properly. Of course talking with your doctor about what your body needs is always a great idea. I am here to tell you what I use personally and what has helped me. Everybody is different and when it comes to supplementing you need to decide for yourself what you think is best.
Some other great sleep oils to try are Lavender, Stress Away, Tranquil, Cedarwood, Peace and Calming, Ruta Vala, Valor, Vetiver, And Frankincense. Try any combo of these in your diffuser or on the bottoms of your feet. There are so many amazing oils out there and sometimes it takes patience and lots of trying of different oils or a combo of oils. I never would have thought to try the combo that my friend suggested!  So if you haven’t found the perfect combo yet don’t give up you just might be surprised at what works.
I have shared rollers of 6 drops each of lavender and Cedarwood with so many people it has helped a lot of them so that’s always my first suggestion. Just don’t be discouraged if this combo is not right for you.
Every time I get together with other oily friends I am amazed at some of the ideas they give me. That’s why doing this with a friend is so much better. Not only are you on a journey to get healthy together but by sharing ideas you can come up with things you may have never thought to try yourself!

My go to for a pick me up is Peppermint in my diffuser. It’s also a great one to have with you when you travel. Do you have a car diffuser?  If not you can find one on Amazon for a reasonable price. Or just add 10 drops of peppermint to a roller bottle with a carrier oil and roll on when needed.
There are also ways to support your energy levels on a long term basis. If you seem to be always tired try Ningxia Red. This stuff is amazing when used every day. It supports your entire body and helps with energy, because when you are healthy energy levels stay higher. Give it a try for a few months, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
Another of my faves for energy support is Endoflex Essential Oil. I add a roller filament to my bottle and apply every morning to my neck, right over my thyroid, and to the bottom of each big toe. I also take the master formula supplements which provide much needed vitamins and minerals which I know help my energy level because if I forget to take them I can tell.
I don’t have time for tiredness so anything I can find to help my energy level is a must. On days when I know I haven’t slept well I like to add En-Er-Gee Essential Oil to my diffuser. Gives me a nice pick me up to help me accomplish whatever task I am working on.

Cardiovascular support


I have a family history of heart disease so it is very important to me to support my Cardiovascular System. How do I do that?  The first thing I added to my daily routine to help my heart is Ningxia Red. Why?  Because Ningxia Red is a whole body nutrient infusion supplement for health and wellness support.
