I am loving trying all these different diffuser blends. I think my favorite are the ones with cinnamon. I love cinnamon. How about you? What’s your favorite scent? My daughter was looking at something yesterday and it said cinnamon bark applied to your skin is suppose to help you become wealthy! Hey why not, right. Ya never know.
How are you spending your weekend? My sis and I are taking our kids to a haunted corn maze. I may need some Cool Azul pain cream though. Spent yesterday cleaning up the yard and pulling weeds now my shoulders are a little sore, I am so thankful for the Cool Azul. IT IS AMAZING😁.
Have a great weekend and Happy Oiling,
Anna
I love fall! It’s my favorite season. I love the crispness in the air, the changing colors of the leaves, on my bucket list is a trip to Maine to see all the colors of fall!
Here are three awesome diffuser blends for fall! And not only do they smell amazing but think of the benefits you are getting from them! So much better than a candle, besides have you researched what is in those candles? I don’t know about you but I don’t want any of that in my home.
What new blends have you tried, I would love to hear about them!
Happy Oiling,
Anna
Let’s talk emotional support for our kids going back to school. School can be a stressful experience at times. All those new faces, trying to find where you fit, hormones(depending on age), tests and trying to keep up with school work!
There are many ways for your child to take the benefits of oils with them. Diffuser jewelry is a great option. Apply their favorite calming oil to the jewelry and they can smell it whenever they are feeling overwhelmed. Make them a roller they can carry with them. See if their teacher and the school would consider using a diffuser in the classroom.
Some of my favorite emotional support oils are Frankincense, Stress Away, Lavender, Release, and Sacred Mountain. Valor is a great one to help give your child a boost of confidence.
Remember that when you inhale an essential oil, the tiny molecules go deep into the brain, straight to the places that help you manage your emotions. Isn’t it amazing the tools we were given to support all the systems of our bodies.

Let’s talk back to school. Whether you are a parent, a grandparent, or a student yourself there are many ways to boost your immune system to hopefully avoid all those nasty germs that seem to hang in the air this time of year.
One of the most basic ways to support your immune system is to eat a healthy balanced diet, I know easier said than done but I say do your best. Start by adding fresh fruits and veggies to your lunch and your child’s lunch.
There are many great oils you can use to support your immune system. Some of our favorites are
Frankincense, Peppermint, Thieves, Lemon, Oregano( careful with this one it is an extremely hot oil), Bergamot, RC, and Raven. Pick a few of your favorites and diffuse them everyday before and after school. We also put thieves in our diffusers every night at our bedsides.
You can also make a roller with your favorites, I like to add 10 to 12 drops of the oils of my choice to a 10 ml roller bottle and top with a carrier oil. You can make one for each of your kiddos and they can apply them themselves!
Some other great items to help your kids stay well are Ningxia Red, Mightypros, Mightyzymes, and the Mightyvites. I also give mine the Super C chewables. I am especially happy about the Mightypros, a pre and probiotic supplement for your child’s tummy, and the Mightyzymes, enzymes for the tummy. We all know our health starts in our gut and sometimes it is so hard to eat right!
If you are like me and have a hard time staying organized and consistent try getting a whiteboard and placing it in a place where you will see it every morning so you can remember to make sure your kids, or yourself are taking your daily supplements and using your daily oils!
I hope you all have an amazing and healthy fall!

It took some courage but I decided I needed to share. If my journey can help just one other person it is so worth sharing. I still have a ways to go and did not want to put myself out there until I reached my goal. My hope is that by letting everyone see where I was and where I am now others can see that they can do this also. Maybe your goals are different than mine. Maybe you want to get fit and can’t seem to get motivated to begin. I want to share with you how I get motivated. We all know that time keeps on moving forward. First a day goes by, than a week, than before you know it a month has gone by and a whole year has passed you by. Have you gotten closer to your goals? This is what happens to me. I say to myself “I’ll start tomorrow”, does tomorrow come? No, and before I know it time has passed and I am no closer than I was before. Last January I decided I needed to use the passage of time to my advantage. My goals seemed so far off but they weren’t getting any closer. Yes I was overwhelmed but the days kept marching on and I was getting nowhere. So I began, and each day turned into weeks which turned into months and I have thrown away 55 pounds and I began jogging again. I have wanted to get back into jogging for so long but each time I tried I was so overwhelmed at how hard it was. With each pound I dropped it got easier and easier. I still have difficult days but it gets easier as I go. I try to remember on those difficult days that the only way to reach my goals is to just get out there and do it.
Maybe your goals have nothing to do with weight loss or fitness but no matter what your goals are if you don’t begin they will not get any closer. What are you going to do today to get one step closer? I started a Facebook page Getting Fit the Young Living way and would love to have you join us. It’s a place where I hope to help you get motivated to get started. Where we can share our successes and get support when we think we are failing. There I will share how I have gotten to where I am, how the Young Living products have helped me and how they can help you. We have not only our slique line to help with weight loss but also our emotional oils to help you work through some of those roadblocks that get in your way. We also have products to help with sore muscles. So many great things to help you on your journey to better health and wellness. I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in a long time due to the Essential Oil infused products that I am using daily. Come join us and check out what we are doing and see if this is a fit for you, we would love to help you on your way!

Anna
