A fun healthy recipe
Tried out this recipe I found online and I love it!  I think I will try adding a drop of Orange Vitality Essential oil to the dressing next time I make it.

Here is the original recipe:

6 cups baby spinach
1 pint sliced strawberries
1 avocado, cut into small chunks
4 ounces blue cheese
1/4 sliced almonds, toasted
half a small red onion, diced

For dressing:

1/2 cup avocado oil
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
pinch of ground mustard
salt and pepper to taste

To make the Salad:

Toss all ingredients together with the desired amount of dressing until combined.
For dressing whisk all ingredients until well combined.

I didn't have any avocado so I omitted that and didn't want to add onion so omitted the onion also.  The salad was also good the next day.
